Our Shiraz grows down on an acient creek bed at the rear of our property and has a rich alluvial loam type structure.

A rich full flavoured shiraz that displays cherry and blackcherry characters with a hint of white pepper.

The palate is rich and quite savoury with some lovely dusty oak nuances.

The wine has an almost silky mouth feel and the tannins on the finish are now quite restrained.
